Responsibilities:

◦ Played a critical role in program planning, conceptual design, and development of 105 residential units.

◦ Coordinated with Civil, Structural, MEP, Landscape, and Fire consultants throughout the project.

◦ Developed detailed floor plans, sections, elevations, and 3D visualizations.

◦ Developed custom Revit families for the project.

◦ Ensured compliance with ADA accessibility, life safety, and fire safety requirements.

◦ Prepared construction documents and permit sets for city submittal.

◦ Conducted thorough research on local building codes, zoning regulations, and construction materials for the urban context of Reno.
