Coldstream

Coldstream is a thoughtfully designed mixed-use shopping center that seamlessly integrates into its natural surroundings. Comprising two buildings, the center features a diverse range of restaurants, offices, and retail spaces. Our design philosophy emphasized the use of locally available materials, blending the built environment with the natural landscape. The result is a harmonious and immersive experience for visitors, where architecture and nature coexist in perfect balance. By embracing the beauty of its setting, Coldstream shopping center creates a unique and unforgettable experience that resonates with the community and honors the beauty of Truckee's natural heritage.

Responsibilities:

◦ Created 3D models and detailed wall sections for two buildings, ensuring compliance with accessibility and life safety codes.

◦ Developed signage plans, occupant and exiting plans, fire-rated wall plans, and FEC plans, following regulatory requirements.

◦ Created fire-rated wall assemblies as per building codes, and developed details for custom sections, vertical circulation, and elevator plans.

◦ Prepared sections and storefront sheets to meet project specifications.
