The Heritage

The Heritage is a newly developed community project located on 12 acres of land in Sherman, TX. It features 100 residential units, offering a mix of 1 Bed, 2 Bed, and 3 Bed options, along with plenty of covered and uncovered parking. A well-equipped community center with various amenities is also part of the development, providing a comprehensive living experience for the residents.

My Responsibilities:

◦ Served as the project designer overseeing two junior designers.

◦ Developed comprehensive site plan ensuring optimal layout and accessibility.

◦ Designed various dwelling units while ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

◦ Set up the Revit file for the project, managing and organizing models efficiently.

◦ Developed Revit families and unit modules to streamline design processes.

◦ Established worksets for effective collaboration among team members.

◦ Coordinated with consultants to integrate their inputs and ensure cohesive project development.
