With 65 units, a newly designed bus stop, and plenty of amenity spaces, we are proud to be contributing to the solution. Our commitment to enhancing the community doesn't end with the structures we design - it extends to the surrounding spaces too. Check out our latest sketch transforming an existing bus stop that will be part of our 'Sutro 7th Senior Sanctuary' affordable housing project. Collaborating with RTC provided us the chance to envision a more integrated design for the current bus stop. We at Cathexes believe it's the little details that make a big difference in the lives of our community. Encased in lush greenery and backed by an ivy-covered wall, this bus stop is designed to keep you cool and comfortable while maintaining the privacy of residents. Responsibilities:

◦ Played a pivotal role in program planning, conceptual design, and development of 65 residential units.

◦ Coordinated with Civil, Structural, MEP, Landscape, and Fire consultants throughout the project.

◦ Developed detailed sections, wall sections, RCPs, and 3D visualizations.

◦ Developed custom Revit families for the project.

◦ Ensured efficient use of space and user experience, adhering to ADA accessibility, life safety, and fire safety requirements.

◦ Conducted thorough research on local building codes, zoning regulations, and construction materials for Reno's vibrant urban context.
